About Holleywood Landscaping
Holleywood Landscaping & Seasonal Services LLC was founded by Reggie Holley, a Detroit native born and raised with the city’s signature work ethic. Reggie’s journey to becoming a Master Tradesman began in the field, working for the city's landscaping division and earning both his CDL Class A and his Journeyman Carpentry license.
After years of honing his skills, Reggie launched his own operation in 2025. In his very first year of business, Reggie successfully serviced nearly 100 properties, proving his commitment to the "trust the process" mindset. Driven by this rapid success and a desire to better serve his community, he expanded to an LLC to provide elite residential and commercial services to Detroit and all surrounding areas.

We take pride in our craftsmanship. If you need us to fix or touch up anything, please call or text us a picture immediately. We aim to be back on-site the same business day or the very next business day to make it right.
What are your payment terms?
For Residential Services, payment is due in full at the time of service. Payments can be made digitally via your Client Portal. Commercial accounts are billed according to their specific contract terms.
How do I access the Client Portal?
Once you book a service, you’ll receive a secure link via text/email. Your Client Portal allows you to view schedules, pay invoices, and request new services 24/7.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a fully insured LLC. Reggie Holley is a licensed Journeyman Carpenter and CDL Class A holder, bringing professional trade standards to every property.
Where do you provide services?
We are based in Detroit and proudly serve the entire Metro Detroit area, including all of Wayne County.
Terms of Service
1. Communication & Response
We value professional efficiency. If our Admin Assistant or field team is unavailable, we guarantee a return response within 24–48 hours.
2. Residential Payment Terms
Standard Services: Payment is due in full on the same business day service is completed.
Late Fees: Failure to pay by 11:59 PM on the day of service will result in an automatic $25.00 late fee applied to the invoice.
Major Projects: Installations or major clean-ups require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the service date.
3. Commercial Agreements
Commercial properties are subject to independent Contractual Agreements. Specific terms, including Net-terms and recurring billing, will be defined within the formal signed contract.
4. Liability & Property Access
Access: Properties must be accessible (gates unlocked) and clear of debris or pet waste. If we cannot access a property, a trip fee may apply.
Safety: Pets must be secured indoors during service hours.
Liability Waiver: Holleywood Landscaping is not liable for damage to unmarked irrigation heads, underground cables (non-utility), or personal items left in the work area.
5. Disputes & Michigan Law
Any disputes regarding service quality must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 24 hours of completion. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

1. Information Collection
We collect personal information (Name, Address, Phone, Email) solely for the purpose of providing accurate estimates, scheduling, and billing via our secure Client Portal.
2. Data Usage & Security
Your data is used internally to improve our service. We utilize industry-standard encryption to protect your payment details and personal records.
3. Non-Disclosure Guarantee
We will not disclose, sell, or trade your personal information to any third parties or marketing agencies.
4. SMS/Text Communication
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service updates and invoice notifications via text. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP.
